About a year ago, I was dealing with some intense family issues. I decided it was time to seek therapy. I knew I wanted something different. I told a friend I was looking for mental help but was unclear what resource to use. My friend reached out a couple of months later; they had found an emotional release practitioner. Was I willing to try it? My answer was YES! I had never heard of this and wanted to learn more. I was addicted after my first session. I felt lighter. We had found things that maybe would have taken years to discover on my own, if at all.

Other than the first time, you do not have to take time out of your busy schedule to make an appointment. Remote sessions via email are available.
Your timeline is up to you! If you want to go once a week, you can! If you want to go once a month, you can!
During the session, you do not have to share intimate details. You will share your goals or issues. Some examples are:
Physical pain somewhere in your body
Lack of motivation to do...
I have a fear of flying.
This can be completed on animals.
