About a year ago, I was dealing with some intense family issues. I decided it was time to seek therapy. I knew I wanted something different. I told a friend I was looking for mental help but was unclear what resource to use. My friend reached out a couple of months later; they had found an emotional release practitioner. Was I willing to try it? My answer was YES! I had never heard of this and wanted to learn more. I was addicted after my first session. I felt lighter. We had found things that maybe would have taken years to discover on my own, if at all.

Over the last year and a half, here are my favorite things:

  • Other than the first time, you do not have to take time out of your busy schedule to make an appointment. Remote sessions via email are available. 

  • Your timeline is up to you! If you want to go once a week, you can! If you want to go once a month, you can!

  • During the session, you do not have to share intimate details. You will share your goals or issues. Some examples are:

    • Physical pain somewhere in your body

    • Lack of motivation to do...

    • I have a fear of flying.

  • This can be completed on animals.
